By action of the Board of
Education in 1924, graduation with honor is determined by
membership in the local chapter of the National Honor
Society. Under the provisions of this organization,
fifteen percent of the senior class may be elected by the
faculty to membership. Candidates must have scholarship
ranking, for the full high school course, in the upper twenty
five per cent of the class, must have shown leadership in some
of the various school activities, must have rendered a distinct
service to the school and must have given evidence of a positive
force of character. In the judgment of the faculty, the
following have met the requirements for graduation with honor:
